May seem crazy..but people think we are any way and it works for me. I work from home and need to be on the computer plus get my house stuff and other things done..multi task...right? I use a timer. 15 min to 1/2 hr. on computer, 15 min to 1/2 hr in the kitchen or cleaning up. 15 min. to 1/2 hr resting, reading or sewing or doing a hidden object or word game. I will some times use 15 min. to one hour. I am now hypo and also have TED, I misspell words and forget what things are, my joins hurt but I need to exercise more. Soooo...I multi task this way. It gets me moving regular, keeps my mind sharp, I get things done with out getting to tired standing or walking, plus I get my much needed rest with out over doing it. I find if I am on a schedule I get more done. If I keep myself moving and doing I get more done. One more thing, it is hard for me to be out in crowded places now or even go out much because of my eyes. My husband makes it a point to to take me for a "Road Trip" in a different direction on Sunday's. Since we moved back home to a small beautiful community we go on our "5 minute or one hour "Road Trip".
Graves"Disease Coffee Break Hypoman asked about multi tasking. I posted this for him on his page. Then I thought some of you who do not read his page may find this interesting.
